Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, ekonomik krizlerin yapısını ve krizlerin arka planını analitik bir bakış açısıyla mercek altına almaktır. Araştırmanın temel hipotezi, ekonomik krizleri küresel ekonomik sistemin bir parçası olarak kabul etme esasına dayanmaktadır. Böylelikle krizle mücadele daha gerçekçi ve kolay olacağı savunulmaktadır. Gerçekten de her ülke için ekonomik yapıyı stabilize etmek ve krizlerin ekonomik etkilerini bertaraf etmek başlı başına bir mücadele gerektirmektedir. Konunun bu önemine binaen, bu çalışma ekonomik krizlerin sebeplerini ve krizlerin ülke makroekonomik yapıları üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektedir. Sonuç olarak Türkiyedeki ekonomik ve siyasi gelişmeler konu ile ilişkilendirilmiştir.
Abstract
The objective of this study is to take the backgrounds as well as structure of economic crisis from an analytical point of view. The key and fundamental hypotheses of the study is that economic crises shall be accepted as a part of global economic system. Hence it will be easier to deal with crises. In fact, it is always a challenge for countries to stabilize their economic structures and to fix the effects of economic crises on their economy. Hereafter economic policy of countries are based on such a dual strategy, which aims to profit from the advantages of international collaboration and same time tries to overcome the effects of economic crises on economy. This study examines the causes of the economic crises as well as their effects on the countries macroeconomic structure. The economic and political developments in the Turkish also have been associated with the issue.
