ÇANAKKALE KALE SERAMİK İŞLETMESİ KARO ÜRETİMİNDE 𝐱̅–𝐒, CUSUM VE EWMA KALİTE KONTROL GRAFİKLERİNİN UYGULANMASI

Abstract




Çağımızda ülkeler arasındaki rekabet savaşının arkasında kalite yönetimi yatmakta ve bunu en iyi başarabilen ülke ekonomik açıdan lider koltuğuna oturmaktadır. Küresel rekabet ortamı ile işletmelerin ürün veya hizmet piyasasında var olmasında kalite kavramı çok fazla önem kazanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı seramik karo ürününe ait kalite seviyelerini arttırmaya yönelik kalite araçlarından kontrol grafiklerinin kullanımını örneklemektir. Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında, Kale Seramik’ten en çok üretilen seramik karolara ait ağırlık değerlerini içeren veri alınmıştır. Alınan verinin kontrol altında olup olmadığını anlamak için 𝑥̅- 𝑆, Cusum ve Ewma kalite kontrol grafikleri oluşturulmuştur. Hedeflenen kalite düzeyini tespit etmek amacıyla oluşturulan 𝑥̅- 𝑆, Cusum ve Ewma kalite kontrol grafikleri aralarındaki farklılıklar sunulmuştur
