The cooccurrence of colon cancer and brain tumor can be observed as Muir-Torre syndrome, Turcot syndrome, Cowden syndrome or Gardner's syndrome, in clinic. Turcot syndrome which comprises multiple adenomatous colon polyps and central nervous system (CNS) tumor is uncommon disease with mutations in DNA repair genes. We report the case of a young woman who presented with colon cancer that was developed on the ground of polyposis and after three years the patient was diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) that couldn't be supported for Turcot Syndrome by genetic studies.
