Abstract
Carcinoma of the colorectum are the third most common malignancy after skin and lung carcinoma. They occur approxima-tely eçually among males and females. The most common site of distant metastatic disease is the liver, follovved by lung. The locoregional failure risk for colonic carcinomas is substantially less than that of eçuivalant rectal cancers. Skin metastases is rarely seen in patients with carcinoma of the colorectum and indicates poor prognosis. Our case was a 27 years old female pati-ent. She had right hemicolectomy on may 2001. She had multiple recurrenses from march 2002 until february 2007. Our case is interresting because of its history and long term survival obtained with agressive therapy approaches consisted of surgery, chemotherapy and radiationtherapy.

Abstract
Kolorektal kanserler cilt ve akciğer kanserlerinden sonra en sık görülen kötü huylu tümörlerdir. Erkek ve kadınlarda yaklaşık benzer sıklıkta görülürler. Kolon kanserinde en sık görülen uzak metastaz bölgesi karaciğerdir; bunu akciğerler takip eder, lokal ve bölgesel nüks riski aynı evredeki rektum kanserine göre daha azdır. Kolorektal kanserlerde cilt metastazı nadirdir, genellikle uzak metastaza bağlıdır ve kötü prognoza sahiptir. Sunulan olgu 27 yaşında kadın hasta olup Mayıs 2001 yılında kolon adeno kanseri tanısı ile sağ hemikolektomi uygulanmıştı. 2002 yılında karın cildi metastazı ile başvuran hasta bu tarihten itibaren çok sayıda nükslerle 2007 yılı Şubat ayına kadar takibimizde idi, değişik seyri ve rekürrenslerinde uygulanan cerrahi, kemoterapi ve radyoterapiyi içeren kombine tedavi yaklaşımları ile uzun süreli sağkalım göstermesi nedeniyle olgu olarak sunuldu.
