Osteoid osteoma is a benign tumor that usually involves the cortex of the long bones, the vertebrae and, occasionally, the cranial bones. Osteoid osteoma is a lesion mostly occurring in young males, characterized by a nidus, a radiolucent nodule with a diameter less than 2 cm, and a sclerotic region surrounding this nodule. Clinically, it is also characterized by a pain that wakes the sufferer at night, which is relieved upon the administration of aspirin. In this case report, we present a case of osteoma in the frontal region of a 56-year-old female patient
