Propargite (Akarisit)’nin Sublethal Dozlarının Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus, 1758’da Biyokimyasal Kan Parametrelerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada organosülfürlü bir pestisit olan propargite çalışılmış ve bu pestisitin sazan balıklarının (Cyprinus carpio) biyokimyasal kan parametreleri üzerine olan etkisine bakılmıştır. Bu parametreler serumda glikoz (GLU), toplam protein (TP), albümin (ALB), globulin (GLOB), laktat dehidrogenaz (LDH), alkalen fosfataz (ALP), kreatin kinaz (CK), glutamik pirüvik transaminaz (GPT), glutamik oksaloasetik transaminaz (GOT), kalsiyum (Ca), magnezyum (Mg), fosfor (P), demir (Fe), klor (Cl), trigliserit (TG), düşük yoğunluklu lipoprotein (LDL), yüksek yoğunluklu lipoprotein (HDL) ve kolesterol (CHOL) şeklindedir. Bu değerlerin ölçümü için balıklar kontrol (Sadece dinlendirilmiş çeşme suyu), düşük (0,04125 mg L-1), orta (0,0825 mg L-1) ve yüksek (0,165 mg L-1) doz propargite konsantrasyonlarına 14 gün süre ile maruz bırakılmışlardır. Deneme 3 tekerrürlü gerçekleştirilirken, örnek balıklar denemenin 0,7 ve 14. günlerinde alınmışlardır.

Effect of Sublethal Doses of Propargıte (Acarıcıde) to Bıochemıcal Blood Parameters of Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus, 1758

Abstract

In this research, an organosulfide pesticide propargite was studied and the effect of this pesticide on the biochemical blood parameters of carp fish (Cyprinus carpio) was investigated. These parameters can be listed as serum glucose (GLU), totel protein (TP), albumin (ALB), globulin (GLOB), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alkalane phosphatase (ALP), creatine kinase (CK), glutamate pyruvate transaminase (GPT), glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), phosphor (P), iron (Fe), chlor (Cl), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDH), high density lipoprotein (HDL) and cholesterol (CHOL). For analysing these parameters, fish were exposed to control (only rested fountain water), low (0.04125 ppm), medium (0.0825 ppm) and high (0.116 ppm) dose propargite concentrations for 14 days. While the experiment was carried out with 3 replications, sample fishes were taken on the days 0, 7 and 14 of the experiment
