İmplant Destekli Restorasyonlarda Pembe ve Beyaz Estetik

Abstract

Eksik dişlerin yerine konmasında sıklıkla tercih edilen implantların estetik ve fonksiyonel olarak başarısı yumuşak ve sert dokuların biririyle uyumlu olmasına bağlıdır. Dişler, dudaklar, dişeti ve çevre dokular ile ilişkisinin yanı sıra implant pozisyonu, gülme hattı, dişeti çıkış profili, alveol kemiğin formu bu uyumu etkileyen faktörlerdendir. Bu derlemede implant çevresi sert ve yumuşak dokuların estetik olarak değerlendirilmesi anlatılmaktadır.

Pink and White Esthetic in Implant Supported Restoration

Abstract

The aesthetic and functional success of implants, which are frequently preferred for replacing missing teeth, depends on the compatibility of soft and hard tissues with each other. In addition to its relationship with teeth, lips, gingiva and surrounding tissues, implant position, smile line, gingival emergency profile, form of alveolar bone are among the factors affecting this harmony. In this review, the aesthetic evaluation of hard and soft tissues around the implant is explained.
