Nikel Titanyum Döner Aletlere Başlangıcından Günümüze Genel Bakış

Abstract

Teknolojide yaşanılan hızlı gelişmeler, hayatın her alanında yeniliklere yol açtığı gibi diş hekimliğinde de yeniliklere yol açmıştır. Özellikle endodonti diş hekimliğinde bu teknolojik gelişmelerin en fazla görüldüğü dallardan biridir. Döner alet sistemlerinin klinik pratiğine girmesiyle beraber kök kanal tedavilerinde yaşanabilecek komplikasyon riski en aza indirilip, daha başarılı kök kanal tedavileri yapılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu derlemede döner alet sistemlerinin yaşadığı tarihsel gelişmelerden ve çeşitli döner alet sistemlerinden bahsedilmektedir.
