PEDİATRİK VON WILLEBRAND OLGULARINDA ANESTEZİK YAKLAŞIM: OLGU SUNUMU
Abstract
Koagülasyon 20 değişik plazma proteini veya pıhtılaşma faktörünün katıldığı bir kontrol mekanizmasıdır. Von Willebrand Faktörü (VWF) normal pıhtılaşma mekanizması için gerekli olan bir proteindir. VWF tam yada kısmi eksikliği VWH’a sebep olur. Bu olgu sunumunda genel anestezi altında dental cerrahi girişim yapılan pediatrik bir hastayı ve VWH olgularında anestezi yönetimini tartışmayı amaçladık.
