Tİ-BASE DAYANAKLAR KULLANILARAK DİJİTAL ÖLÇÜ İLE HAZIRLANAN RESTORASYONLAR-OLGU SUNUMU

Abstract

Diş eksikliğine bağlı kaybolan estetiğin, fonksiyonun, fonasyonun geri kazanımı için implant tedavileri diş hekimliğinde sıklıkla uygulanmaktadır. Bu tedavi protokolünde tedavinin her adımı uzun dönemde başarıyı etkilemektedir. Uygun dayanağın ve protetik materyalin seçilmesi, ölçünün doğru şekilde alınması başarıyı etkileyen adımlardandır. Bu olgu sunumunda, implant iyileşme dönemini takiben, uygun ti-base dayanaklar seçilip dijital ölçü ile hastanın protetik tedavi süreci tamamlanmıştır. Birbirinden farklı çalışmalarda farklı dayanaklar seçilerek protetik tedavi süreci tamamlanmış olsa da amaç, hastanın mevcut durumu göz önüne alınarak uygun dayanağın seçilmesi ve ölçünün doğruluğunun sağlanmasıdır.
