Abstract

Travmadan sonra embolus ve trombus oluşması klinikte olduğu kadar adli tıpta da önemli bir yer tutar. Özellikle otopsilerde tesbit edilen embolusus veya trombusun antemortem ya da
postmortem olarak meydana geldiğinin saptanması, embolus ve trombusun travma ile bağlantısının ortaya koyulması oldukça önemli ve zor olan bir araştırmadır. Bu nedenle, bu yazıda araştırıcılar tromboembolizmin nedenlerini, ni, otopsi bulgularını, otopside yapılması gereken işlemleri ve tromboembolizmin adli tıbbî yönlerini ele almışlardır. Ayrıca, konuyla ilgili kaynaklar gözden geçirilmiştir.
