Suda Boğulmada Akciğer Histopatolojisi

Abstract

Suda boğulmada akciğerlerde oluşabilecek histopatolojik değişiklikleri araştırmak amacı ile narkotize sıçanlara değişik ozmolaritedeki (hipotonik, ızotonik ve hipertonik) sıvılar aspir~ ettirilerek boğulmaları sağlanmıştır. Bu sıçanlardan hazırlanan akciğer preparatlarının ışık mikroskobu ile yapılan incelemelerinde: hipotonik sıvı ile anemi ve vakuollü dejenerasyon; hipertonik sıvı ile hiperemi, mikrokanamalar ve bazal membranda ayrılmalar; İzotonik sıvı ile venöz hiperemi ve alveol duvar damarlarında anemi saptanmıştır.
