Abstract

Görme merkezinin bulunduğu oksipital korteks area striata'sındaki 17. Brodman alanının travmatik, neoplazik, inflammatuar, vasküler ve toksik nedenlerle harabiyeti sonucu gelişen körlüğe kortikal körlük denir.
Bu yazıda klinik bulgular, tanısal çalışmalar, tedavi ve prognoz açısından, atrium perforasyonu ve kardiak arrest sonrası gelişen kortikal körlük tartışılmıştır.
