Abstract

Our study consisıs of ıhe clinical rnanılestaıioils and the results of 50 cases of pıtuııary adenomas operated in the Deparlment of Keurosurgery of the Cerrahpaşa Medical School from 1984, when for the fiısı time we used the. trans-sphenoidal approach to the piıuitary, until the and of 1987.
