Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Adli Tıp Kurumu'nda incelenen kafa travması olgularının posttravmatik epilepsi açısından retrospeklif değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. İncelenen 938 olgunun % L.2'sinde erken posttravmatik epilepsi, %3.4' ünde ise geç posttravmatik epilepsi saptanmıştır. Epilepsi saptanan olguların travma sonucu gelişen patoloji ve nöbet tipi dikkate alınarak dökümü yapılmıştır.
