Mantar Zehirlenmeleri (35 Olgu Üzerinde Araştırma)

Abstract

1987-1990 yılları arasında Adli Tıp Kurumunda yapılan otopsiler içerisinde saptanan 35 mantar zehirlenmesi morfolojik olarak incelendi. Mantar zehirlenmelerine bağlı ölümlere ülkemizde sık rastlanıldığı görüldü. Bazı mantar türlerinin belirli organlarda meydana getirdiği degişiklikler ile mantar zehirlenmelerinin ülkemizdeki sıklığı konusundaki verilerimiz literatür bilgileriyle karşılaştırıldı.
