Abstract

Gc-alt tipleri gerek nesep be!irlemelerinde gerekse iz analizinde adli laboratuvarlarda yaygm bir §ekilde incelenmektedir. Bu ama91a blotting yontemIeri giderek onem kazanmakta olup ozellikle 1 S ve 1 F
bandlannm aymmmi kolayla§tlrml§ttf- Bu 9ah§mada, -20°C de u9 yll siire ile bcklemi§ 100 kan omeginin Gc-alt tiplemesi, taraflmlzca hazlrlanan 1mmobiline jclleri kullanilarak izoelektrik odaklama ve nitroseliiloz pasif blotting ile gergeklqtirildi. Tum alt tiplerin birbirinden belirgin bir §ckilde aynlabildigi gozlendi.
