Çocuk suçlarını ve çocuğu suç işlemeye iten sosyal çevre koşullarını inceledigimiz bu çalışmada; istanbul I. Çocuk Mahkemesinin karar dosyaları incelenmiş ve 1987'den 1990 Ylh son una kadar bu mahkemede yargIlanan 3027 suC;lu <;,:ocugun; cinsiyet, sablka kaydl, niifus kaydl, ikametgah adresi, i§ledikleri sur;:lar, sur;: tarihleri ve haklannda veri len kararlar ile ilgili bilgiler istatistikscl olarak degerlendirilerek almmasl gerekli iinlemler tartl§I1ml~tlr.
