Abstract

Ateşli silah yaraJanmalannda orijin tayini onemli bir Adli TIp sorunudur. cok saylda ate~li silah yarasl bulunan olgularda orijinin intihar olduguna karar vermek ise daha biiyiik sorumluluk ister. iki ate~1i silah yarasl i<,:eren intihar olgulan ah~Jlmadlk olsalar da Adli TIp Uzmanlannca iyi bilinmektedir. ikinin iizerinde ate~ i silah yarasl i<,:eren intiharlar ise <,:ok nadir olarak bildirilmi~tir. Bu <,:all~mada son be~ Yllhk siiree;: ie;:erisinde otopsisinde ikiden fazla ate~li silah yarasl saptanan ve Adli TIp Kurumu 1. ihtisas Kurulu tarafmdan orijinin intihar olabilecegi rapor edilen 6 olgu, bu rur olgulann Iiteratiirde nadiren bildirilmesi nedeniyle sunu mu~tur. Olgular orijin tayininde dikkate alman veriler aCIsmdan degerlendirilmi~, olgulanmlzm bu verilere uygun olup olmadlgl yarunda, olgularla i1gili ilk kamtlann toplanrnasmdan rapor diizenlenmesine kadar gee;:en siirec;:teki eksiklikler artl~I1ml~tJr.
