Abstract

Kapiller elektroJorez son on Yllda genetik, mikrobiyoloji, biyokimya. klinik ve adli tip gibi bir fok alanda protein. ila~'; nilkleik as it vb. molekullerin aymmmda etkin ve ekonomik bir yontem olarak geni§ kullamm alam bulmu§tur. Son Ylliarda kapiller elektroJorez'in UV-VIS absorbans, LlF( lazer destekli floresans}. kitle spektrometri gibi cihazlarla kombine edilmesi sonucunda daha hassas ve daha hlZlz aymm imkam dogmu§tur. Yazlmlzda kapiller elektroforez teknolojisinin dayandlgl prensipler, geli§im sureci gunumuzdeki uygulama alanlan ve ozellikle DNA analizindeki onemi derlenerek yontemin geleneksel jel elektroforez yontemiyle kar§lla§tmlmasl amaflanml§tlr.
