Künt Travma Sonrası Gelişen Ani Ölüm; Kist hidatik içeriğinin damar içi yayılımı ve buna bağlı anaflaktik şok?
Abstract
Hidatik kist Akdeniz ulkeleri, Guney Avrupa, Orta Dogu, Guney Amerika, Avusturalya ve Guney Afrika'da endemik gerulen bir hastalikt!r. Diger batm iyi organlara gore dalak tutulumu insidans! yak dLi~LiktUr, tUm kist hidatik vakalannln %0.5-%4'u dalak yerle:;imlidir. Dalak yerle~imi endemik bolgelerde bile yak nadirdir. Bu yall~mada kOnt travma sonrasl aniden olen 22 ya~lrJdaki bir olguyu sunuyoruz. Dalakda 10 cm yapl! bir kist tespit edildi, Makroskopik incelemede rUpfUr izlenmedi ancak mikroskopik incelemede dalak venoz sinuslerinde sko/eksler mevcuttu.
