Kan Lekesi Model Analizi

Abstract

Kan ölümle sonuçlansın ya da sonuçlanmasın her türlü şiddet suçlarının araştırılmasında en sık kullanılan ve en belirgin olan fiziksel delillerden birisidir. Şiddet suçlarının doğası gereği sıklıkla oluşan kan lekelerinin geometri ve dağılımlarının dikkatli bir şekilde değerlendirilmesi ile olay hakkında çok değerli bilgiler elde edilebileceği gibi olayın yeniden kurgulanması da mümkün olacaktır. Bu çalışmada kan lekesi analizinin tarihsel geçmişi yanında kullandığı terminoloji, dayandığı esaslar, kullanım alanı ve fonksiyonu sunulmuştur.
