OTOPSİLERDE ALINAN VAGİNAL VE ANAL SÜRÜNTÜLERİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Adli Tıp Kurumu Morg İhtisas Dairesi’nde, 2001-2005 yılları arasındaki beş yıllık sürede yapılan otopsilere ait raporlar, birbiri ardı sıra ve ayrım yapılmadan incelenerek; vaginal ve/veya anal sürüntü alınmış olan cesetlere ait otopsi raporları değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. 5 yıllık sürede 643 kadın, 632 erkek olmak üzere toplam 1275 cesetten sürüntü alınmış, sırasıyla 67 ve 11 olgudan pozitif sonuç elde edilmiştir. Erkeğe ve kadına ait cesetlerden alınan sürüntülerin yıllara göre dağılımı, yaş gruplarına göre sonuçları, ölüm sebebine ve ölüm zamanına göre pozitif sonuçları, anal muayene sonuçları ve kadına ait cesetlerde vaginal muayene sonuçlarına göre sürüntüler değerlendirilmiştir.
