SUDA BOĞULMA TANISINDA BİYOKİMYASAL ANALİZLER VE STRONSİYUMUN ÖNEMİ

Abstract

Sudan çıkartılmış bir cesedin
ölüm sebebi, adli bilimlerde
araştırmacıların her zaman ilgisini çeken bir konu olmuştur.
Postmortem olarak vücut sıvılarında birçok maddenin değerleri değişmekte ve hatta yeni
maddeler teşekkül etmektedir.
Suda boğulma gibi dış etkenlere
maruz kalındığında, bulunulan
ortam ile ilişkili olarak vücut
sıvılarında bulunan elementlerin konsantrasyonlarında da
değişiklikler olmaktadır. Suda
boğulma olgularında günümüze
kadar yapılan çalışmalarda birçok elementin deniz suyu ile çeşitli vücut sıvılarındaki (kan, serum ve plazma örneklerindeki)
oranları karşılaştırılmıştır. Anlamlı bulunan sonuçlardan yola
çıkılarak ölümün suda boğulma
ile ilişkisi değerlendirilmiş, ayrıca tatlı su-deniz suyu ayrımı ile
boğulmanın agonal periyodunda
geçen zaman farklılıklarının tayinine gidilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu
derleme çalışmasında, suda boğulma tanısına katkı sağlaması
amacıyla yapılmış biyokimyasal
analiz sonuçlarını içeren çalışmalar derlenmiş ve bu çalışmalarda elde edilen bilgiler ışığında biyokimyasal parametrelerin
suda boğulma
