Submandibular Gland Sialolithiasis

Abstract

Sialolithiasis is the most common cause of salivary gland obstruction. Although it is located in submandibular gland mostly, it is seen in secretory canal more frequently. Surgical excision is the most prefered treatment modality. In this report, treatment of three patients who were diagnosed with sialolithiasis was presented

Abstract

Sialolithiasis, tükrük bezi tıkanıklarının en sık karşılaşılan nedenidir. Genellikle submandibular bezde görülmekle birlikte çoğunlukla bez parenkiması ve daha sıklıkla sekretuar kanalda yer almaktadır. Tedavi yöntemi sıklıkla türük bezi taşının cerrahi eksizyonudur. Bu olgu raporunda sialolithiasis tanısı koyulmuş üç hastanın tedavisi sunulmaktadır
