Herpes Simplex Enfeksiyonuna Bağlı Olarak Gelişen Eritema Multiforme Olgusu

Abstract

Eritema multiforme(EM);
karakateristik hedef benzeri cilt lezyonlarının var olduğu, mukozal tutulumun
eşlik edebildiği, nadiren tekrar edebilen, birçok etkinin sebep olabileceği
akut bir hastalıktır. Bu yazıda  perioral
bölgedeki herpes enfeksiyonuna ikincil olarak gelişen eritema multiforme olgusu
sunuldu. Olgunun kontrol fizik muayenesinde lezyonların valasiklovir tedavisine
iyi yanıt verdiği gözlendi. Lezyonlarda tekrarlama gözlenmedi. Sonuç olarak
nadir görülen EM hastalığında literatürde de en çok etken olarak tanımlanan
herpes enfeksiyonu öncelikli sebep olarak düşünülmelidir.
