A Case of T-Cell Gastric Lymphoma Diagnosed by Endoscopic Biopsy

Abstract

SUMMARY

The early sign of gastric lymphoma is very unclear. In case of early diagnosis and treatment, five-year survival rate is higher. Gastric lymphoma is 3% of all the stomach tumours. Most of those tumours (90%) has B-cell. It is very rare and is difficult to diagnose early.  This study aims to explain a case of T-cell gastric lymphoma diagnosed by endoscopic biopsy.

ENDOSKOPİK BİYOPSİ İLE T HÜCRELİ GASTRİK LENFOMA ALMIŞ BİR VAKA

Abstract

ÖZET

Gastrik lenfomanın erken dönem belirtileri çok siliktir. Erken tanı ve tedavide 5 yıllık yaşam şansı yüksektir. Gastrik lenfoma tüm mide tümörlerinin %3’nü oluşturur. Bu tümörlerin büyük bir kısmı(%90)  B hücrelidir. T hücreli lenfoma çok nadir görülmekle beraber erken tanı zordur. Bu çalışmanın amacı endoskopik biyopsi ile tanı koyduğumuz  T hücreli gastrik lenfomalı bir vakayı sunmaktır.
