Değişik Azotlu Gübre Uygulamalarının Serada Yetiştirilen Kıvırcık Marul Bitkisinde Verim ve Kalite ile Bazı Bitki Besin Maddesi İçerikleri Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Sera toprağına uygulanan değişik azotlu gübreler kıvırcık marul bitkisinin ürün miktarı ile nitrat, organik bağlı azot, P, K, Ca ve Mg içerikleri üzerine farklı etkiler yapmış, en yüksek ürün miktarı üre gübrelemesiyle elde olunmuştur.
Kıvırcık marul bitkisinin dokularında göreceli olarak düşük nitrat içeriği amonyum sülfat ve amino asit azotlu sıvı gübre uygulamalarında, daha fazla nitrat içeriği ise kalsiyum nitrat, amonyum klorür ve üre uygulamalarında elde olunmuştur.
Kıvırcık marul bitkisinin yeşil yaprak ve orta damar dokularında nitrat, organik bağlı azot, P, K, Ca ve Mg içeriklerinin faiklı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Genel olarak orta damar dokusunda nitrat, K ve Ca içerikleri yüksek iken, yeşil yaprak dokusunda organik bağlı azot, P ve Mg içeriklerinin yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir.

Effects of Different Nitrogenous Fertilizer Applications on Yield and Quality of Greenhouse Grown Curly Lettuce

Abstract

Application of different nitrogenous fertilizers into greenhouse soil has resulted different effects on yield, and nitrate, organic fixed nitrogen, P, K, Ca and Mg contents in curty lettuce. The highest yield was obtained by urea application.
In tissues of curly lettuce, relatively lower nitrate content was obtained by ammonium sulphate and amino acid nitrogen mixed liquid fertilizer applications, and higher nitrate content was obtained by calcium nitrate, ammonium chloride and urea applications.
Nitrate, organic fixed nitrogen, P, K, Ca and Mg contents of green leaf and midrib tissues in curly lettuce plant were different. Generally, midrib tissue has higher contents of nitrate, K and Ca while green leaf tissue has higher contents of organic fixed nitrogen, P and Mg.
