Bitkilerde Çiçeklenmenin Termal ve Foto-termal Modülasyonu

Abstract

Bitkilerin büyüme ve gelişme safhaları genetik faktörler kadar ışık, fotoperyot ve sıcaklık gibi çevresel faktörlerin de etkisi altındadır. Çevresel faktörler ayrıca değişik iklim ve tarım sistemlerinde verimle doğrudan ilişkili olan çiçeklenme ve hasat tarihinin de önemli birer belirleyicisidirler. Bu nedenle, sıcaklık ve fotoperyodun geniş bir değişim gösterdiği koşullarda ürün verimini stabilize etmek için bitkinin fenolojik gelişimi doğru olarak tahminlenebilmelidir. Bu derlemede, bu konuda daha önce yapılmış olan çalışmaların değerlendirmesinde,
tahminlemeyi sağlayan termal ve foto- termal modülasyona dayalı kantitatif modeller tartışılmıştır.

The Termal and Photo-Termal Modulation of Flowering Plants

Abstract

The growth and development stages of plants are mainly affected by environmental factors such as light, photoperiods and temperatures as much as genetic factors. The environmental factors are also a strong determinant of the dates of flowering and harvest which are often crucial to yield in the diverse climates and agricultural Systems. Therefore, genetic and environmental control of the plant phenelogical development should be predicted accurately in order to stablize crop yields in a wide range of temperature and photoperiods. In this review, quantitative models based on termal and photo-termal modulation providing this prediction are discussed by reviewing the previous studies carried out on this field.
