The Journal of Akdeniz University Faculty of Law is a refereed journal, published biannually (June, December) and cited in the Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals (IFLP) and since 2013 in the TUBITAK ULAKBIM TR Index Legal Database. All issues of the Journal of Akdeniz University Faculty of Law are accessible via HeinOnline, Jurix and the TUBITAK ULAKBIM TR Index Legal (https://app.trdizin.gov.tr/dergi/TVRBNU5UVT0/akdeniz-universitesi-hukuk-fakultesi-dergisi) Databases.
The articles can be sent only via Dergipark, otherwise not accepted by e-mail. The deadline for our first issue (June) is April 15 and the deadline for our second issue (December) is October 15. The articles submitted after these dates will be processed for the next issue. The editorial board has the authority to monitor the number of articles in each issue and may limit the number of articles to be published.

Throughout his illustrious academic career, Professor Hay has profoundly influenced the field through his pioneering work on the relationships between American, German, and European Private Law systems. His publications, teaching, and international engagements have left a lasting mark on the legal world. We would be honored to receive a contribution from you for this commemorative issue. We especially welcome articles that address topics aligned with Professor Hay’s areas of expertise or offer critical reflections inspired by his scholarly legacy.
