Oküler Graft Versus Host Hastalığı
Öz
Allojenik hematopoetik kök hücre nakli (allo-HKHN), hematolojik malignitelerin tedavisinde önemli bir terapötik yöntemdir. Graft-versus-host hastalığı (GVHH), allo-HKHN sonrası morbidite ve mortalitenin sık görülen bir nedenidir. GVHH'nın ciddi sistemik formu hayatı tehlit edebilir. GVHH'nın göz tutulumu ise uzun dönemdeki morbiditenin en yaygın nedenidir.Bu derleme makalede, oküler GVHH'nın etyolojisi, patofizyolojisi, klinik özellikleri ve tedavi seçenekleri sunulmaktadır.
