Abstract

RT-PCR mRNA'nın miktar tayini ve saptanmasında kullanılan güçlü bir tekniktir. Bu yöntem diğer RNA tekniklerinden daha duyarlı, hızlı ve kolaydır. Kompetetif ve Real-time PCR kan, serum, hücre hattı ve bakteriyal kültürlerden izole edilen mRNA'nın ekspresyon miktarını belirler. İnsan Genom Projesindeki araştırmalarda RACE ile RT-PCR yönteminin kullanılması önemli katkılar sağlayacaktır.

Competitive and Real-time PCR can quantities mRNA which is isolated from blood, serum, cell lines and bacterial culture. The studies that takes place at Human Genome Project, RACE will assist in important information.
