Abstract
Bu makalenin amacı son yıllarda kalite çevrelerince tartışılan ve birçok ülkede uygulanmakta olan Toplam Kalite Yönetimi (Total Ouality Marıagement) kavramına bir açıklık getirmektir. Toplam Kalite Yönetimi'nin özellikleri ve yönetim anlayışında gerektirdiği değişikdikler bu makalenin ana temasını oluşturmaktadır.
