Güncel Dentin Bağlayıcı Ajanların ve Uygulama Yöntemlerinin Makaslama Bağlanma Dayanımlarının Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı üniversal bağlayıcı ajanların makaslama bağlanma dayanımını farklı adeziv stratejilerde değerlendirmek ve geleneksel bağlayıcı ajanlarla karşılaştırmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Yetmiş adet çürüksüz insan üçüncü büyük azı dişleri seçildi ve adezive ve uygulanacak stratejiye göre 7 gruba ayrıldı; Single Bond Universal self-etch SBUSe ve etch-and-rinse SBUEr , All Bond Universal self-etch ABUSe ve etch-and-rinse ABUEr , Adper Single Bond 2 ASB , Clearfil SE Bond CSE ve Futurabond M FBM . Dişlerin üzerlerine restorasyonlar yapıldı ve 370C/24 saat distile su içerisinde bekletildi. Makaslama bağlanma dayanımı testleri bir üniversal test cihazı yardımıyla 0.5 mm/dk. hızında gerçekleştirildi. Elde edilen verilerin analizleri tek yönlü varyans analizi ve Duncan testi ile yapıldı α=0.05 . Bulgular: SBU ve ABU adeziv sistemler için dentin yüzeyine fosforik asit uygulanması bağlanma dayanımı önemli derecede arttırmıştır. FBM dışındaki self-etch stratejiler arasında istatistiksel olarak bir fark bulunmadı. Tüm adeziv sistemler içersinde en düşük MPa değerleri FBM göstermiştir p

Comparison of Shear Bond Strength of Current Dentin Bonding Agentsand Strategies

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the shear bond strength of universal adhesive under different strategies and to compare with the conventional bonding systems. Methods: Seventy sound human third molars selected and divided into 7 groups according to the adhesive and strategy: Single Bond Universal self-etch SBUSe and etch-and-rinse SBUEr , All Bond Universal self-etch ABUSe and etch-and-rinse ABUEr , Adper Single Bond 2 ASB , Clearfil SE Bond CSE and Futurabond M FBM . Build-ups were constructed and specimens were stored in distilled water 370C/24h . Shear bond strength test were performed with a universal test machine at a crosshead speed of 0.5 mm/min. Data were analyzed with one-way ANOVA and Duncan test α=0.05 . Results: Prior to phosphoric acid etching significantly increased bond strength of the SBU and ABU. There was no statistically a difference between self-etch strategies SBUSe, ABUSe and CSE except FBM. FBM showed the lowest mean MPa in all adhesives p
