Earprint Identification

Abstract

One of the most applicable method in police practices to identify the criminals identity is identification through the fingerprint which is found at the crime scene as an evidence. Not only one, may be more than one application to identify the criminals will be so crucial for both identifying the criminals and to redress grievance. Therefore such as fingerprints, completely different characteristics of ear prints can be used for identification, how ear marks can be developed on the surface and other matters have been stated in this article.

Abstract

Polisiye alanda suçluların tespitinde en çok kullanılan yöntemlerden biri olan parmak izinden kimlik tespiti olay yerinde en çok rastlanılan bulgu olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Ancak suçluların tespiti için tek bir yöntem değil birden fazla yöntemin uygulanması ve bu bulguların aynı zamanda birbirlerini destekleyici delil olarak kullanılması hem suçlunun tespitinde hem de mağduriyetin giderilmesinde önem arz etmektedir. Bu nedenle makalede parmak izleri gibi, özellikleri açısından tamamen birbirinden farklı olan kulak izlerinin de kimlik tespitinde kullanılabileceği, kulak izlerinin nasıl tespit edilebileceği ve bu konuda dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar ifade edilmiştir
