Abstract
Türk Folklorunun bir dalı olan ‘*Halk El İşlemeleri” mevzuunda Kenan Özbel müstesna bu güne kadar tam manâsı île durulmamış ve hiç bir ilmi çalışma yapılmamıştır. Her ne kadar bazı ufak tefek çalışmalara rastlanmaktaysa da kanaatimce bunlar da yeterli gcğildir.
Halk El işlemelerini derleme işi, şalisi koleksiyonlar meydana getirme işi değil, bütün yurtta vakit kaybetmeden yapılacak coğrafi bir tarama işidir.
