The effect of laser on massive cortical autografts

Abstract

In this investigation applied on rabbits we concluded that laser has a benefit on the stabilization and incorporation of the massive cortical autograft in stimulating osteoblastic activitiy and in delaying the osteoclastic activity.

Abstract

Tavşanlar üzerinde yapılan araştırmada laserin osteoblastik aktiviteyi arttırarak ve osteoklastik aktiviteyi ise geciktirerek, masif kortikal otogreftin inkorporasyonuna yardımcı olduğu ve stabilite üzerine olumlu yönde etkisinin bulunduğu saptandı.
