Torakolomber vertebraların burst kompresyon fraktürleri
Abstract
Torako lumbar bölgenin parçalanma tarzında kompresyon fraktürleri komplex yaralanmalardır.Bu yaralanmaların patolojik anatomisi çalışmalarla aydınlanmış, bu patolojinin büyük bir kısmının düzeltilmesi ve fonksiyonların tekrar kazandırılması mümkün olmuştur. Bu gün için cerrahi redüksiyon ve fiksasyon gerektiren her anstabil vak a da uygulanabilecek tek bir inplant yoktur. En etkin inplantın seçiminde rol oynayan faktörlerin, deformitenin ciddiyeti, özellikle vertebral kolonun ön kompartmanındaki destrüksiyonunun derecesi nörolojik defistin varlığı veya yokluğu hastanın yaşı, osteoporozun derecesi ve hastaların ihtiyaç ve arzuları teşkil eder.Bu gün için lomber lordoza göre kıvrılmış veya düz olup Edvard manşonları geçirilmiş ve alt uçları kare şeklindeki bir çift harrington çubuğun tatbiki parçalanma tarzındaki kompresyon fraktürlerinden çoğunun tedavisinde kullanılan, uygulanması nisbeten basit ve etkin bir tedavi metodudur.

Abstract
Burst compression fractures of the thoracolumbar spine are complex injuries. The pathological anatomy has been more clearly defined by state of the art imaging and rational methods of reversing the major portion of the pathology and restoring function are available. At the present in unstable cases requring surgical reduction and fixation, no one surgical implant maybe used in all situations and in all patients. The factor which will effect the choice of implant, include the severity of deformity in particular the degree of destruction to the anterior, column, the presence or absence of neurologic deficit, the age of the age of the patient and degree of osteoporosis and also the patients wishes and needs. At the present dual Harrington rods, contoured into lumbar lordosis using square-ended hooks. Our used stight with Edwards Steeves, remain a relavitely simple end effective means of treating the majority burst compression fractures.
