The treatment of bilateral irreductible dislocation of patella in a case of Ellis-Van Creveld syndrome

Abstract

A case of Ellis-van Creveld syndrome with bilateral dislocation of patella treated surgically was presented. Treatmend had been perfomed in two stages. Dislocation of patella had been corrected at the first operation and valgus and flexion deformities of the knee and external rotation deformity of the tibia had been corrected at the second step. The results was good according to the clinicand radiographic examinations.
