Arthroscopic lateral fascial release in patellar Malalignement Syndrome

Abstract

In patellar Malalignement Syndrome, we perfomed the ''Arthroscopic Lateral Fascial Release '' in seven patients. Our results are good in 85% cases. We hope and believe that, patellar alignement obtained by prefering Lateral Fascial Release method.

Abstract

"Patellar malalignement'' nedeniyle takip ve tedavisi yapılan 7 hastaya ARTROSKOPIK LATERAL FASYAL GEVŞETME uygulanmış olup erken sonuçlan %85 iyi olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmamızda lateral retinakuler gevşetmenin yetersiz olması, patello-femoral bütünlüğün, lateral gergin fasyanın gevşetilmesiyle sağlanabileceği konu edilmiştir.
