Arthroscopic lateral fascial release in patellar Malalignement Syndrome

Abstract

In patellar Malalignement Syndrome, we perfomed the ''Arthroscopic Lateral Fascial Release '' in seven patients. Our results are good in 85% cases. We hope and believe that, patellar alignement obtained by prefering Lateral Fascial Release method.
