Evaluation criteria for traumatic knee pathologies
Abstract
Today there is no excepted set of criteria for the evaluation of traumatic knee disorders. But some of the published criteria is commonly accepted. Here we present a classification system we have been using for one year in our clinic. In our evaluation we have a introductory evaluation, Lysholm’s functional score, activity degree, performancetest and some tests for stability and for evaluation of the meniscus. Here we hope that our evaluation will be the basis of other evaluation systems that will be accepted in the future.
