Abstract

pH degree of rnicroenvironment of the fracture was changed in this experimental research by local injections in rats. Fracture healing was observed at 7,14 and 21 th days, both radiologically and histopatologically. As a result, it has been defined that alkaline levels of Ph in microenviroment of fracture increase the osteogenesis.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, sıçanlarda lokal enjeksiyonlarla kırık ortamının pH’si değiştirildi. 7,14 ve 21. günlerde histopatolojik ve radyolojik yöntemlerle inceleme yapılarak kırık iyileşmesi incelendi. Sonuçta, geç devrede kırık ortamının alkali yönde değiştirilmesinin osteogenesisi arttırdığı tesbit edildi.
