Arthroscopic removal of Ioose bodies in the knee joint

Abstract

Thirty one operation for removal of loose bodies from the knee under arthroscopic control were made between 1985 to 1989. All patients were reviewed after a mean period of 22 months. Radiologically only eighteen loose were visible. ln three of our cases, more than one arthroscopic operations made.

Abstract

Anadolu Universitesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji kliniğinde 1985-1989 yılları arasında diz mafsalında eklem faresi bulunan otuz bir hastaya artroskopik girişim uygulanmıştır. Hastaların hepsi ortalama 22 ay süre ile takip edilmişlerdir. Eklem farelerinin ancak 18'i ameliyat öncesi radyolojik olarak tesbit edilebilmiştir. Üç olgumuzda birden fazla arthroskopik girişim uygulanmıştır.
