Diagnostic arthroscopy and arthroscopic surgery in the osteoarthritis of the knee

Abstract

In the osteoarthritis of the, knee diagnostic arthroscopy is used to note the pathology of pain and intraarticular pathologies. Arthroscopic surgery is used to perform cartilage and meniscal debridement and lateral capsular release. Provided that the technique is performed well the results of arthroscopic debridement are good in patients without severe degenerative changes and angular deformities in their knees.

Abstract

Diz artrozunda ağrı patolojisini ve eklem içi patolojileri saptamak için tanısal artroskopi, kıkırdak, meniskus debridmanı, menisektomi ve Iateral kapsüler gevşetme amacıyla da artroskopik cerrahi kullanılır. Tekniğin iyi uygulanması koşuluyla artroskopik debridman ileri dejaneratif değişiklik ve angüler deformite olmayan vakalarda iyi sonuç vermektedir.
