The lntertrochanteric Femoral Fractures and The Treatment

Abstract

In this study, treated trochanteric femoral fractures were exarnined in 27 cases and following results were obtained. The most of the cases were male and average age was 49.29 The principal etiologic agent was the event of falling in 66.6 per cent of cases. According to classification of Kyle, in 3.70 per cent of cases fracture was Tip I, 22.22 per cent of cases Tip II, 66.66 per cent of cases Tip III, 7.40 per cent of cases Tip IV. In 51.8 per cent of cases Smith Petersen's nail and McLaughlin's plate, in 14.8 per cent of cases Jewett's nail, in 25.9 per cent of cases Richards’ nail, in 7.4 per cent of cases Ender's nail were used. Excellent results were found as 42.10 per cent and poor resulrs as 31.57 per cent. Although the failure of fixation was seen in 38 per cent of the cases in which the Smith Pethersen's nail with McLaughlin plate had been used and in 14 per cent of the cases in which the jewestt’s nail had been used, such complicatİon was not seen in the cases in which Richards ' nail had been used.

Femur intertrokanterik kırıkları ve cerrahi tedavisi

Abstract

Bu çalısmada femur intertrokanterik kırığı edeniyle cerrahi tedavi gören 27 vaka incelendi. Şu sonuçlar elde edildi. Vakaların büyük bir çoğunluğu erkek ve yaş ortalaması 49.29 idi. Başta gelen etyolojik ajan %66.6 vakada düşme idi. Kyle sınıflandırması itibariyle %3.70 vaka Tip I, %22.22 vaka Tip II. %66.66 vaka Tip III. %7.40 vaka Tip IV kırıklarıydı. Vakaların %51.8'inde SP çivisi ile McLauglin plağı, %14.8’inde Jewett çivisi çivisi. %25,9'unda Richards çivisi, %7.4'ünde Ender çivisi kullanıldı. Mükemmel sonuçlar %42.10, iyi sonuçlar %15.78. orta sonuçlar %10.52, kötü sonuçlar %31.57 olarak bulundu. SP çivisi ve McLaughlin plağı kullanılanlarda %38. Jewett çivisi ile %14 oranında fiksasyon basarısızlığı görülürken, Richards çivisi uygulananlarda bu tür komplikasyon hiç görülmedi.
