Abstract

Bearing the body weight, our feet have an important function in the entirety of the musculoskeletal system. In this article, in order to have more healthy feet, specialties which must be met in normal shoes and various shoes for the treatment of orthopaedic foot deformities have been mentioned.

Abstract

Ayaklarımız hareket sistemi bütünlüğü içerisinde önemli bir görev yüklenmekte ve vücudumuzu taşımaktadır. Bu yazıda ayaklarımızın daha sağlıklı olabilmesi için normal ayakkabılarda ve çeşitli ortopedik ayak deformitelerinde tedavi amacıyla kullanılan ortopedik ayakkabılarda, uyulması gerekli olan özelliklerden bahsedilmiştir.
