Abstract

Various techniques have been proposed for the treatment of hallux valgus. The age of the patient and the degree of the deformity have been important in selecting the proper procedure. Between l982 and l988, we have performed the Tachdjian procedure in 17 feet. 10 cases with adeguate fllow-up were evaluated according to the criteria of Boney-Macnab and Das De seperalty.

Abstract

Hallux valgusun tedavisinde bugüne kadar çeşitli cerrahi metodlar ortaya konmuştur. Birçok yazarlar hastanın yaşı ve deformitenin derecesine göre değişik metodlar uygulamaktadırlar. Biz kliniğimizde 1982-1988 yılları arasında hallux valgus nedeniyle 17 olguda Tachdjian ameliyatı uyguladık. Bunlardan takıp edebildiğimız 10 olguda sonuçlar Boney-Macnab ue Das De kriterlerine göre değerlendirildi ve değişik sonuçlar alındı.
