Bilateral anterior dislocation of the shoulder

Abstract

Aithough dislocations of shoulder is very frequent bilateral cases is extremely rare most bilateral posterior dislocations of shoulder are caused by neurologic conditions. But bilateral anterior dislocations of shoulder are associated with trauma In our case. bilateral anterior dislocation of shoulder that produce by grand-mal seizure is a rare cause in this respect we thought a review of literature related to bilateral dislocations of shoulder and reported this seldom case.
