An afternative anesthesiologic method in arthroscopy and arthroscopic surgery

Abstract

We have made 120 arthroscopies under local anesthesia using controlled pressure infusion and irrigation. This method was mentioned in literature before. Our results proved that the method is effective in arthroscopy and arthroscopic surgery on condition that patients are cooperative with anesthesiologist.
