Operative treatment of the femoral shatt fractures

Abstract

In this study, we have investigated the femoral shaft fractures which we managed surgically between September 1982 and July 1990. The results of 77 of 121 cases were evaluated according to the early and Iate stage complications. These evaluations were made by the criteria developed in our clinic. Clinical results were excellent in 49 (63.6%), good in 7 (9.2%), medium in 11 (15.6%) and poor in 10 (12.0%) case
